Suggesting a growing beef between celebrities and semis, rapper/entrepreneur 50 Cent was hospitalized early this morning following a collision with a Mack truck, an accident that left him with minor neck and back injuries but otherwise "fine." According to ThisIs50.com, the occasional Curtis Jackson was on the Long Island Expressway when the truck driver lost control of his vehicle and rear-ended his "bullet-proof"—but not Mack truck-proof—SUV, nearly flipping it over.
