I've been bombing out on my predictions so far— wrong on Art Direction, wrong on Animated Short— but my method of picking short subject winner based on the title paid off with WEST BANK STORY, and that clip just sealed it: Singing and dancing *and* politically relevant?! The other losers didn't stand a chance.
