Last week we took a look at a few fan-driven continuations of Bill Watterson’s comic strip Calvin And Hobbes. While all the web comics decided to peek forward into Calvin’s future, professional animator Adam Brown has mocked up a short adaptation of one Calvin And Hobbes’ classic (and thankfully wordless, so we don't have our own voice-imaginings ruined) strips. Brown gets the tone and look just right, and doesn’t seem to be planning a full-on animated series, which Watterson was fairly against from the get-go. This is totally fine by us, so long as we never have to see animated loop of Calvin taking a leak on anything. [Via Slate]
