Katharine Hepburn and Spencer Tracy are coming back to the big screen. Their romance will be the subject of a new David Rambo-penned film that will follow the duo's complex relationship from their first meeting on Woman Of The Year through Tracy’s death in 1967. The couple starred in nine films together and, although Tracy never divorced his wife, his off-screen relationship with Hepburn was an open secret, and it remains one of the most legendary love affairs in Hollywood history.
According to Deadline, producers are currently looking for the right director and actors for Tracy And Hepburn. Word is Kristen Wiig does a pretty good Hepburn impression, and hey, Lindsay Lohan has experience messing up biopics about Hollywood romances. Or they could just stick Cate Blanchett back in her Aviator costume, throw George Clooney in a suit, and be done with it.
