A new red-band trailer for Matthew McConaughey's The Beach Bum has washed ashore

Director Harmony Korine, probably best known for writing Kids (1995) and writing and directing Spring Breakers (2012) returns in March with another subversive film, The Beach Bum, starring Matthew McConaughey, Zac Efron, Jonah Hill, Isla Fisher, Martin Lawrence, Snoop Dogg, and Jimmy Buffett. As the title, eclectic cast, and Efron’s rather interesting beard might suggest, The Beach Bum follows Moondog (Matthew McConaughey), a “beach bum” trying to live life his way and all the mishaps and wild adventures that follow.

Korine’s The Beach Bum will be released theatrically in the U.S. on March 22, 2019 courtesy of NEON.
