Insane Clown Posse has already given the world so much: baroque sci-fi infomercials, profanity-laced speculation about the miracles which surround us every day, and the total and utter degradation of reality TV survivor Tila Tequila. But perhaps the circus-themed rap collective’s greatest contribution to our culture has been the festive yet vaguely menacing black-and-white face paint worn both by the performers themselves and their fans. In the past, these makeup-wearing, oft-tattooed enthusiasts known as Juggalos have been unfairly stereotyped as violence-prone, untrustworthy, drug-abusing sociopaths. The FBI even designated Juggalos a “gang.” It’s possible, however, that this misunderstood subculture’s image would change if only a few high-profile celebrities joined the hatchet-wielding Juggalo ranks. Luckily, an enterprising Reddit user has shown us what that might look like with a series of doctored images depicting various media personalities and politicians donning the unmistakable Juggalo face paint.
