Here's a trailer for Stanley Kubrick's The Shining, edited to make the film look like a charming '90s family comedy along the lines of About A Boy.
Makes me wonder how many other films could be given this treatment. Todd Solondz's Happiness as a thrill-ride action movie, maybe? Wallace & Gromit: Curse Of The Were-Rabbit as a turgid drama about personal growth in the face of societal adversity? A Sound Of Thunder as a film people might actually want to see?
