We are thrilled and delighted to announce that Joan Cusack will be our special guest at the inaugural A.V. Club Live, taking place Wednesday, March 5 at 8 p.m. at Chicago’s UP Comedy Club. As we announced previously, the show will feature a bunch of A.V. Clubbers doing A.V. Clubby things, like talking about pop culture and nerding out about pop culture. Also, there will be games and audience participation, all held together by John Teti, who knows how to wear a suit jacket. Ms. Cusack, who has appeared in an almost ridiculous number of A.V. Club-loved films (Sixteen Candles, Broadcast News, Working Girl, In & Out, Toy Story 2 & 3, the list goes on), will be interviewed live on stage by Sean O’Neal, Random Roles-style. We’ve also got more fun and surprises planned, so it’s probably time you just get yourself a ticket, eh?
