Aaron Paul and Christina Hendricks team up to search for The Burning Woman
Breaking Bad and Mad Men never got to do a crossover special (probably because all of the Mad Men characters would’ve been old or dead by the time Walter White’s reign of terror began), but two people from those shows are at least getting a chance to star in a movie together. According to Empire, Aaron Paul and Christina Hendricks have signed on to appear in The Burning Woman, a new thriller produced by Ridley Scott.
Hendricks and Paul will be starring alongside Sienna Miller and Jacki Weaver, with Jake Scott—Ridley Scott’s son—attached to direct. Empire says the film is “set in the blue-collar milieu of U.S. industrial towns” and focuses on a woman whose teenage daughter goes missing, leaving behind an infant grandson for her to take care of. The story itself takes place across the next 11 years, with the woman looking for her daughter and taking care of the boy.
