ABC announces premiere dates for American Crime, Dirty Dancing remake, more

Earlier today, fans learned that their return trip to Shondaland has been bumped back for the apocalypse—we mean, a pre-inauguration special on 20/20. But it wasn’t all delays this morning at the Television Critics Association winter press tour, where ABC is holding court. The alphabet network is providing early looks at new series like Famous In Love and Beyond, but it’s also heralding the arrival of new seasons of American Crime and The Catch (now with more Gina Torres!).

ABC also shared the premiere of the limited series When We Rise, starring Rachel Griffiths and Mary-Louise Parker, as well as the debut of Imaginary Mary, which sees Jenna Elfman return to her former Dharma And Greg network. And, for those anxious to make sure Baby isn’t put in a corner, we’ve also got the premiere date for the Dirty Dancing remake.

Read on, and plan your uprisings and/or Catskills-inspired sing-alongs accordingly:

When We Rise: February 27-March

Once Upon A Time: (midseason premiere): March 5

Time After Time: Two-hour series premiere on March 5, 9 p.m. ET; time-slot premiere on March 9
