AC/DC to reschedule some tour dates, will continue on without singer Brian Johnson

In a weirdly calm press release, AC/DC has announced that it has been “forced to reschedule” 10 upcoming U.S. tour dates on its “Rock Or Bust” world tour due to singer Brian Johnson’s doctors telling him to “stop touring immediately.” Apparently, he’s in danger of “total hearing loss” if he doesn’t give up on touring, which is both a terrifying prospect and a testament to just how much AC/DC fuckin’ rocks. You’re in a band? Did you have to cancel a bunch of tour dates because your sick guitar riffs or whatever made your lead singer go deaf? No? Then sit down, Mumford And Sons.

The press release says that the dates will be made up later in the year, and they’ll “likely” feature some vocalist other than Johnson. Unfortunately, it doesn’t say who the guest vocalist will be or whether this means that Johnson will have to stop touring forever—though that seems pretty likely. The list of dates that will be rescheduled is below.
