According to People, Making History and Happy Endings star Adam Pally was arrested on Tuesday night in New York for possession of marijuana and cocaine. Police officers reportedly “observed him smoking marijuana in public from an e-cigarette,” and after placing him under arrest and searching him, they found “a small amount of cocaine” as well. Pally was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of marijuana, both of which are misdemeanors. He was released after his arrest was processed, and he has a court date set for June.
TMZ has a little more information that’s presented in a more dramatic tone (it uses the words “’hood” and “blow”), and it adds that Pally’s reps have not released any kind of statement yet.
