Dan Gregor’s new movie Most Likely to Murder takes the “man returns to his hometown and rediscovers old drama” trope in film, and adds a Rear Window-esque, murder-mystery twist. Most Likely To Murder follows former big man on campus Billy (Happy Endings’ Adam Pally) returning to his hometown to discover his high school sweetheart, Kara (Crazy Ex-Girlfriend’s Rachel Bloom) is dating former high school weirdo, Lowell (Mad Men’s Vincent Kartheiser).

After witnessing what he believes to be Lowell murdering his mom, Billy becomes obsessed with proving Lowell’s guilt. At the premiere of the film, we spoke with Gregor, Bloom, Pally, co-writer Doug Mand, and co-star John Reynolds about the film, and dug up some old high school memories.
