Adam Sandler attempts to murder Neil Young

Okay, this happened like a month ago, but I had no idea such an abomination existed. On David Letterman, Adam Sandler and a band covered Neil Young's "Like A Hurricane." Thankfully, the song won the fight—it's very resilient.

But Sandler's assault conitnues on a new compliation of current Warner Bros. recording artists covering songs from the label's extensive catalog. Here's a track list from the album, called Covered: A Revolution In Sound. Below that, video of Sandler repeatedly hacking at "Like A Hurricane" until it almost relents. And he gets to do this because… He's a rich guy? (And this is from someone who will defend Billy Madison to the death.)
