Alison Brie and Aubrey Plaza keep on sinning in new Little Hours trailer
The unconventional sisters we wrote about earlier in the week have nothing on the nuns played by Alison Brie, Aubrey Plaza, and Kate Micucci in The Little Hours. The first red band trailer was full of obscenities and debauchery, and so is the ostensibly more suitable for work, green brand trailer that was just released. The nuns remain unimpressed by a bishop (Fred Armisen) enumerating their transgressions, but there’s a little more backstory on Brie’s Sister Alessandra, who really seems to want a life with the hot laborer (Dave Franco). But she also thoroughly enjoys sinning with her sisters and berating local townspeople, so maybe she’s not ready to give up on the convent just yet.
This adaptation of a selection from The Decameron hits theaters June 30.
