MLB Baseball: Cardinals At Cubs (ESPN, 8 p.m.): Look, the best sports you’ll watch all day today is the Wimbledon Round of 16, when Venus Williams faces younger sister (and favored player for this match) Serena Williams. But that’s what’s on this morning, and this is What’s On Tonight, so we guess you can watch baseball or whatever.
