Not to be outdone by Netflix, (a phrase that’s probably printed at the top of their departmental letterhead), Amazon Prime has announced the selection of new films and TV shows just added to their streaming library. Some will be free for Amazon Prime subscribers—highlights include Tim Burton’s directoral debut Pee Wee’s Big Adventure, Michel Gondry’s modern classic Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind, the 1958 original of horror classic The Fly, and the full season of American Horror Story: Freak Show.
Amazon is also expanding their list of titles available for purchase, including punctuation-challenged blockbuster The Hunger Games: Mockingjay—Part 1, spelling-challenged Terminator: Genisys, and audience-patience-challening Pixels, as well as upcoming seasons of Fargo, Supergirl, The Walking Dead, and more.
