American Gods' Ian McShane and Orlando Jones on the differences between season one and two

The journey to season two of American Gods has been a tumultuous one. After a rather well-received first season back in 2017, the Starz drama went through showrunners, lost one of its biggest stars, and experienced a whole host of budgeting and scheduling concerns. That’s all hopefully in the past though, as the second season of American Gods premieres this Sunday on Starz. In honor of the long-awaited new season, we spoke with stars Ian McShane and Orlando Jones—also known as Mr. Wednesday and Mr. Nancy—about the show has changed from season one to season two.
