The journey to season two of American Gods has been a tumultuous one. After a rather well-received first season back in 2017, the Starz drama went through showrunners, lost one of its biggest stars, and experienced a whole host of budgeting and scheduling concerns. That’s all hopefully in the past though, as the second season of American Gods premieres this Sunday on Starz. To kick-off the long-awaited new season, we spoke with stars Ricky Whittle and Pablo Schreiber—also known as Shadow Moon and Mad Sweeney—to talk about the new season, and filming at House on the Rock in Wisconsin.
