News circulated last week that Roots drummer and all-around pop-culture aficionado Ahmir “Questlove” Thompson had finally fulfilled his dream to be a corpse on Law & Order: SVU, with some behind-the-scenes tweets showing the corpse-like Questlove on a slab in the morgue. Cause of death: a gunshot to the head?
This being SVU, we can only presume that Questlove was violated anally prior to his death. Or maybe his genitals have been cut off? Both? It’s good to know that he’s at least taking one of his 3,000 afro picks to the grave with him, though.
