Game Of Thrones just wrapped up a big year, with the show’s sixth season propelling it to ever-heightening levels of popularity and cultural obsession. Nowhere is that near-fanatical love of Starks, Lannisters, and all the other future-corpses of Westeros more keenly felt than on the internet, where crafty video editors are always hunting for the next meme-ready moment to merge with an appropriate bit of music or video clip.
Russian video service Coub is ideal for these kinds of creations, what with its “upload a 10-second clip, splice in some audio, loop forever” structure. Coub users have been un-shy with their appreciation of this year’s crop of Game Of Thrones content, to the point that we’ve been able to recreate a pretty fair approximation of the show’s sixth season, using nothing but these quick, 10-second clips.
Unsurprisingly—in more than one way—there’s the long-rumored resurrection of Jon Snow, a popular topic for Coub users:

But our truncated season just wouldn’t have been complete without featuring some of the show’s best and latest additions, like the rhythmic talents of Ser Robert Strong:

And it ended—as it usually does, on this show—in fire:
It’s enough to make you jump for joy.
