Andrew Lincoln trades guns for cue cards in the Love Actually reunion teaser

It’s hard to picture Andrew Lincoln as anyone other than The Walking Deads Rick Grimes these days, but he was once best known for being the shittiest friend in the world. Lincoln played Mark in Richard Curtis’ Love Actually, where he hit on his best friend’s wife Juliet (Keira Knightley), and justified his actions by saying “Hey, it’s Christmas.” (We are not familiar with a tradition that gives people free rein to do whatever they want, but in England, so maybe it’s a Michaelmas thing.)

Anyway, Curtis has reunited many of the film’s original stars for a mini-sequel in observance of Red Nose Day. The first teaser sees Lincoln take up the cue cards again, where he asks that viewers join him for the reunion later this month. Lincoln will be joined by Knightley, Liam Neeson, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Olivia Olson, Hugh Grant, Martine McCutcheon, Colin Firth, Lucia Moniz, Bill Nighy and Rowan Atkinson when Red Nose Day Actually airs March 24 on BBC 1, and March 25 on NBC.
