This week, Disney is celebrating the 30th anniversary of The Little Mermaid with a special edition Blu-ray release of the film. In honor of the release, we sat down with director Ron Clement and directing animator Mark Henn to talk about why The Little Mermaid was a huge turning point for Disney Animation, and how the animation process has changed since.
