Apple launches iCloud, storage space pricing

Just in case you weren’t paying attention, Apple’s iCloud service launched yesterday, though at the moment it’s geared mainly toward iOS and MAC Developer Program members. (iOS 5 will be available on all Apple gear later this year.) While the particulars of the service still haven’t been announced, information on the annual cost of storing information on Apple’s server is available. You can get 5 GB for free, 10 additional GB for $20, 20 additional MB for $40, and 50 more GB for $100. Anything purchased through iTunes can be stored for free. [Via Rolling Stone]
