April Fools Day news round-up
The Web is known for its high volume of fake news, but April 1 is a time for news that's fake on purpose. Reality Blurred had a number of fake news bulletins, including "Dancing with the Stars expands to three hours, adds episodes to counter American Idol" and "The Real World 20 will be filmed in a Los Angeles rehab facility." Idolator has a list of music-related pranks, including "U2 purchases the Trump Marina." Somebody should totally do a website where it's fake news all the time. Perhaps in a faux-newspaper format.
