Arcade Fire announce more tour dates

The Arcade Fire has announced the rest of its spring U.S. tour dates, during which the album-of-the-year winners will personally come introduce themselves to every friend they haven’t met yet. The brief run kicks off in Denver on April 9, continues through its previously announced set at Coachella and an already-sold-out three-night stand in Chicago, then wraps up with a May 6 date at New Orleans’ Jazz And Heritage Festival. Local Natives open the first leg of the tour, with The National taking over Kansas City through Indianapolis, and then Okkervil River and Explosions In The Sky will pop up for the Texas shows.
