Around the same time that Lana Del Rey was attempting to win hearts with her Stevie Nicks-biting lounge singer act on SNL, Arcade Fire was on Austin City Limits reminding viewers that intensely hyped internet phenomenons sometimes do pay off. If you missed the band's performance, you're in luck: The episode is currently streaming online. It's a good set list, throwing in deep cuts like "Haiti" along with expected audience slayers like "Rebellion (Lies)" and "Wake Up." Imagine if LDR on SNL had a million times more energy and at least 10 times as much shouting, and you get the idea.
