Arya might have a stalker in Braavos

We’re going to be honest with you: We’re not quite sure whether to frame this as a legitimate fan theory or just a funny continuity error, but, regardless, here’s the latest Game Of Thrones quirk discovered by an observant Redditor: Arya may have a stalker in Braavos. User Chriscftb97 first spotted the mysterious man in blue in the final scene of “The Broken Man,” in which an injured Arya stumbles through the streets looking for help.

The curious thing is that he pops up again in a later shot, only this time he’s walking in the opposite direction, almost like he’s following Arya.

Meanwhile he was also spotted standing in the audience of a Braavosi play in an earlier episode.

And he even appears in the preview for next week’s episode, “No One.”

Speculation is running wild as to his identity. Some Redditors suggest he could be a Faceless Man coming to kill Arya. Others think he might be Olyvar, one of Littlefinger’s spies and Loras’ former “sparring partner,” who has popped up fairly consistently over the past three seasons.

The reasoning here seems to be that Olyvar also has blonde hair and a blue coat, which, admittedly, isn’t the most compelling case. In fact, the simplest solution is that the mysterious blue man is merely an extra who was reused in a bunch of scenes (the actor in the crowd scene doesn’t look to be Will Tudor, who plays Olyvar). After all, while his blue coat makes him a little more recognizable than the rest of the extras, Game Of Thrones isn’t usually this subtle with its set-ups. Plus it’s not the kind of show that would insert a montage of all the times Arya has passed this guy before, so it would be a lot of work for very little pay off.

Which means this whole post is mostly a joke about Game Of Thrones reusing extras. Unless it’s not.
