With the 30th anniversary of Psychocandy looming, The Jesus And Mary Chain is heading out on tour. The group will perform the critically lauded record in its entirety at the shows along with, presumably, some other tracks. As a press release notes, the dates mark the “continuation of a year of activity not only celebrating the 30th’s anniversary of Psychocandy but also looking firmly ahead to the future,” meaning maybe fans will get a new record someday.
