Attention Rihanna fans: No more umbrellas
Let's say you really like Rihanna. Let's also say that, specifically, you really like that song "Umbrella." What is the best way to show your appreciation of this song? Obviously, the answer is "umbrellas," whether carrying one around while listening to the song on your iPod or bringing an umbrella to a Rihanna concert. (Though you might want to bring another umbrella in case it rains.) Well, there will be no more of the latter because umbrellas have been banned at Rihanna concerts. The reason is the ever-vague "security fears." A security guard at a recent concert said (and we're not making this up): ""We were told that Rihanna's song features dancing with umbrellas on stage. We didn't want the crowd following her actions and someone getting their eye poked out." Let's just be glad the song wasn't called "Rattlesnake" or "Ninja Throwing Star."
