There are only seven episodes left in Community’s fifth season, meaning the show is rapidly running out of opportunities to cast more guest stars. Fortunately, B.J. Novak has squeaked in just under the wire, bringing his experience with being added to crowded rosters by appearing in part one of the show’s two-part finale. Entertainment Weekly doesn’t have any details on what that finale will entail, exactly, but it is known that Novak plays “a TV star in a sexy new series,” so it’s possible this particular episode could find Community going a little bit “meta.” Novak joins other announced guest stars like David Cross, Tim & Eric, Chris Elliott, Vince Gilligan, Mitch Hurwitz, Paul Williams, The Rockettes, Boutros Boutros-Ghali, Mannheim Steamroller, animal expert Jim Fowler, everyone in Ohio’s 16th Congressional District, and the cast of Community.
