Barry’s Anthony Carrigan talks NoHo Hank, and always being cast as a villain

Anthony Carrigan’s career has taken off in the past couple years thanks to a handful of stand-out, villainous TV roles. He went up against Jim Gordon and the Gotham City Police Department as the sadistic serial killer Victor Zsasz on Gotham, faced off against Team Flash as The Mist on The Flash, and, most recently, the deceptively affable, scene-stealing Chechen mobster NoHo Hank on HBO’s Barry. Ahead of Sunday’s season finale, we spoke with Carrigan about Hank and always being typecast as a villain.
