The BBC will create two new channels on YouTube to deliver entertainment and news content under a new agreement with Google, the Associated Press reports. In other technology news, new controversy is brewing over when broadcasters can force viewers to switch from analog to digital TV, possibly as early as 2009, but that might get pushed back if this Hollywood Reporter story is any indication.
