A new Beck album is apparently supposed to come out sometime this year. And while it’s still unclear when, exactly—last we heard was “spring”—at least he’s going out on tour, Pitchfork reports. Beck will be out on the road in July and August, hitting various locales in the U.S. and Canada.
According to an interview in T Magazine earlier this year, Beck described aiming for music that was “simple and uplifting and galvanizing, where the spirit moves you” on his new project. The single “Wow” came out just about a year ago.
