Beyoncé and JAY-Z just dropped a new joint album, Everything Is Love
Building on years of rumors, hints, and a joint tour that kicked off earlier this month, Beyoncé and JAY-Z have just announced the surprise release of a joint album together, titled Everything Is Love. The album—the first full collaboration between the married couple, whose respective solo albums Lemonade and 4:44 were two of the most talked about musical offerings of the last few years—is out today, exclusively on Tidal, natch.
All nine songs on the album are credited to Beyoncé and JAY-Z (or possibly just “The Carters”). The pair announced the album earlier this afternoon on social media, with Beyoncé posting the album’s art on Instagram (and immediately accruing hundreds of thousands of likes within minutes, because Beyoncé). You can sample the album on Tidal’s front page, or apply for a free trial, on the off-chance you haven’t already spent yours on any number of other service exclusives—Lemonade, 4:44, Anti, The Life Of Pablo, etc.—in the past.
