Blur, The Stone Roses, Phoenix, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers will headline this year’s Coachella festival, taking place the weekends of April 12-14 and April 19-21 in Indio, California. Other acts include Grinderman (whose hiatus apparently didn’t last that long), The Postal Service, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Trent Reznor's How To Destroy Angels, Vampire Weekend, Modest Mouse, The XX, Nick Cave And The Bad Seeds, Grimes, Tame Impala, James Blake, Lou Reed, Beach House, Sigur Ros, Bat For Lashes, Wu-Tang Clan, New Order, Hot Chip, Grizzly Bear, Passion Pit, Japandroids, Local Natives, Spiritualized, Purity Ring, Earl Sweatshirt, El-P, Trash Talk, Danny Brown, Cloud Nothings, Dinosaur Jr., Smith Westerns, Jessie Ware, Jurassic 5, Johnny Marr, Divine Fits, The Make-Up, The Evens, Franz Ferdinand, Dead Can Dance, DIIV, and Justin Vernon of Bon Iver’s blues-rock project The Shouting Matches.
