Bob Odenkirk has always been a funny man, but his humor has typically been expressed in bizarre sketch comedy and spinoff-worthy TV roles. That is, until now (probably). Los Angeles’ NerdMelt Theater is hosting “Bob Odenkirk–Amateur Hour” on May 22, a show that, according to the event page, will find him performing “all the material he can print out or remember.” The description also features the phrase “possible album recording?” which, when combined with the fact that stand-up comedy label ASpecialThing Records is hosting, seems rather promising. Until then, here’s something to wish for Odenkirk to perform onstage.
