Bobcat Goldthwait's next film is about killing the spoiled brats of My Super Sweet 16

Having already mined dangerously alcoholic birthday clowns, bestiality, and death by autoerotic asphyxiation for laughs in his previous directorial efforts, Bobcat Goldthwait will continue down his admirably idiosyncratic path with God Bless America. Goldthwait described the film (which is being produced by Richard Kelly’s Darko Pictures) during an appearance on Adam Carolla’s show, saying it concerned a middle-aged guy who catches an airing of a show like My Super Sweet 16—MTV’s continued argument for reinstating the draft—and is so disgusted by its subject’s unabashed spoiled behavior that he “drives 400 miles and kills that girl.” His success in getting away with it then leads to him embarking on a road trip in a stolen Camaro, basically just driving around killing other deserving people. And thus, Goldthwait’s slow metamorphosis into a more technically astute, intentionally funny Uwe Boll continues.
