Bon Jovi threatens drink maker

Jon Bon Jovi, apparently not content with topping the charts for the first time in almost 20 years, has sicced his lawyer on one Mr. Marcos Carrington, the creator of a new energy drink called Mijovi. The drink's name, Bon Jovi claims, is too close to his own–although Carrington claims he named his product after his girlfriend Jovita and intended no similarity to the rocker. In particular, Bon Jovi is concerned with the drink company's marketing materials, which bear the phrases "It's My Jovi" and "It's My Life"–the latter being the title of Bon Jovi's hit single from 2000.
