According to an exclusive report from RadarOnline, Bret Michaels’ condition has been upgraded from critical to stable after several "touch-and-go" days following his massive brain hemorrhage. Doctors still haven’t figured out what caused the bleeding in the first place, and Michaels remains under observation in the ICU, but so far he’s shown encouraging signs of recovery. His father has said—and his publicist has now confirmed—that Michaels is, however, still suffering from blurred vision, dizziness, and slurred speech.
