Mr. Blackwell, who like the groundhog emerges from his deliciously bitchy hole in the ground for one day every winter, is back for his annual 24 hours of fame—Paris Hilton and Britney Spears tied for first on his "Worst Dressed" list. ("Fish in a barrel" tied for second.) "Two peas in an overexposed pod," Blackwell sniffed. "Style free and fashion deprived." Blackwell also took a shot at another overexposed celeb, Camilla Parker Bowles. (She's in the royal family, apparently.) Also making the list are Lindsay Lohan, Christina Aguilera, Paula Abdul, and Meryl Streep, who inspired this bit of prose: "From Streep you could weep. Her beauty of a career cannot be denied, but that beast of a wardrobe is pure mother of the bride." Yikes! Let's hope there's not a "Worst Writing" award for fashion fussbuckets, Blackwell.
