The first teaser for the new Netflix series Girlboss just features Britt Robertson, who plays the show’s heroine, grooving in a killer jacket. But style is a huge part of the show about a budding internet fashion entrepreneur, which is based on the memoir by Nasty Gal founder Sophia Amoruso. Creator Kay Cannon described her protagonist Wednesday as “arguably unlikeable and an asshole,” during a panel hosted by Netflix in New York. “She’s everything and we want to give permission for any woman to be all those things,” Cannon said. The series is executive produced by Charlize Theron and debuts April 21.
