Celebrate Life with an exclusive trailer for KCET's broadcast of the acclaimed nature series
The BBC’s series of nature shows narrated by David Attenborough are, in some ways, the Terence Malick movies of the documentary sphere: While each one is not as major of an event as it used to be, they still look great, and at their best, they provide new insights into humanity’s place in the natural world.
Case in point: Life, which premieres on Los Angeles-based KCET, the nation’s largest independent public TV staton, on Tuesday, November 7. We’ve got an exclusive trailer for KCET’s presentation of the new documentary series, which falls under the vague but promising description of “Take a look at the survival of earth’s most extraordinary wildlife with host David Attenborough as he explores the obstacles animals must overcome to ensure their existence.”
You can catch the first of 10 episodes of Life Tuesday, November 7, at 9 p.m. PT on KCET.
