Simone Biles—who is better at gymnastics than you are at anything—won the gold medal in the women’s all-around competition at the Rio games yesterday. Upon winning, she set herself apart by declaring: “I’m not the next Usain Bolt or Michael Phelps, I’m the first Simone Biles.”
But she also scored some lesser victories, like an invite to the set of Pretty Little Liars. That’s obviously not as significant as an Olympic win, but is still probably pretty damn exciting if you’re 19 and really into the show. PLL showrunner I. Marlene King invited Biles and her champion Final Five cohorts to the set of the show in a video posted to Twitter, and Biles’ response indicates that she’s definitely going to take King up on her offer:
Like many a person with eyes, Biles is also very into Zac Efron—she even, as NBC Nightly News revealed, has a cardboard cutout of him in her bedroom. Now they’re pals on social media:
Other celebs have also reached out to Biles and her team. Taylor Swift even broke her post-Kardashian-West Twitter silence to offer congratulations.
