Celebrity anti-gossip

Today I spotted Claudio Sanchez of Coheed And Cambria when I unsuspectedly walked into a comic book store where he was doing a signing. (Chicago Comics, for the record. I purchased the second volume of the ongoing Concrete reprints.) He was signing his graphic novel and taking time to talk to all his fans, one of whom nearly knocked me down running into the store as I exited. He seemed like a really nice guy. Rock stars: They can be totally swell. Now if only I could remember if he was Coheed or Cambria.

This is my best celebrity-being-nice spotting since I saw Joan Cusack distributing Halloween candy at her house. I wasn't stalking; my friend lives in the neighborhood.
