The Governors Ball Music Festival has just announced this year’s full lineup, which Chance The Rapper, Tool, and Phoenix will headline. That all sounds pretty great, and we’ll share the rest of the performers below, but we also want to remind the younger festival attendees that, while tickets might go on sale this Friday, they shouldn’t don their wristbands just yet.
