Check out Nirvana's original record contract and the director's cut of the "Heart Shaped Box" video

With that In Utero reissue just weeks away, more and more vintage Nirvana goodies have been popping up online. Yesterday, Sub Pop posted a scan of the band’s original recording contract to its Tumblr, noting that the $600 advance the label gave then-quartet was money well spent.

For those not interested in reading legally binding contacts, Entertainment Weekly posted the director’s cut of the “Heart Shaped Box” video. Made by Anton Corbijn and originally released on his Director’s Series DVD, the clip hasn’t exactly been unseen before now, but it should get a few more viewers with its inclusion on In Utero’s deluxe reissue DVD.
