After all, we’ve all had that awkward experience of seeing someone wander into a legal crime party after all the good murders and tax evasions have been taken, and then having to just kind of uncomfortably mill about, occasionally pirating an episode of Westworld or ripping the tag off of a cushion. Even worse if it’s The First Purge, because now it’s not just bad manners: It’s precedent.
Luckily, our Chicago-based readers don’t have to worry about being late to the legal murder party, because we’re offering up some free passes to an advance screening of the upcoming franchise prequel The First Purge.
