Chicago, let the symbiote take over and see Venom tonight for free

Everybody’s favorite slimy alien with big teeth and a long tongue is finally coming back to theaters, with Ruben Fleischer’s Venom set to try and erase your memory of Topher Grace’s Venom in Spider-Man 3. That seems like it should be easy, with Tom Hardy’s take on Venom and its host Eddie Brock looking more like the version from the ‘90s Spider-Man comics that everybody loved. If you’re eager to see if Hardy and Fleischer can pull it off, or if you’re just eager to see Venom’s tongue in action (no judgement here), The A.V. Club is giving away free passes to an early screening for Venom in Chicago.

The screening will be held at AMC River East 21 at 7:00 p.m. tonight, October 3, and all you have to do to get tickets is let the alien symbiote take over your body and then enter your information at this link. Just remember: Advance screenings are often intentionally overbooked, so be sure to arrive early to secure your seat. For everyone who would rather not be controlled by a murderous monster before anyone else, Venom will be in theaters on October 5.
