We’re still not entirely sure if Now You See Me’s big twist ending actually made sense in the context of the movie that came before it. Either way, it’ll be interesting to see if its follow-up (disappointingly just subtitled The Second Act) attempts to pull a fast one on its audience again, or if it’ll double-down on what worked in the original, namely the “no-illusions chemistry between its leads.” Since this is coming from director Jon M. Chu—whose last trick involved making Jem And The Holograms disappear from theaters after just two weeks—the sequel will likely aim to go big on the spectacle. Nevertheless, most of its predecessor’s game cast returns (notable exceptions: Mélanie Laurent, Isla Fisher), with Lizzy Caplan and Daniel Radcliffe joining the fun and notably upping the blockbuster hopeful’s smartassery quotient.

Now You See Me 2 appears in theaters on June 10, but The A.V. Club and Lionsgate have an opportunity for you to see it for free a few days early on Tuesday, June 7. An official plot synopsis and trailer for the film can be found below

The Four Horsemen (Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Dave Franco, Lizzy Caplan) return for a second mind-bending adventure, elevating the limits of stage illusion to new heights and taking them around the globe. One year after outwitting the FBI and winning the public’s adulation with their Robin Hood-style magic spectacles, the illusionists resurface for a comeback performance in hopes of exposing the unethical practices of a tech magnate. The man behind their vanishing act is none other than Walter Mabry (Daniel Radcliffe), a tech prodigy who threatens the Horsemen into pulling off their most impossible heist yet. Their only hope is to perform one last unprecedented stunt to clear their names and reveal the mastermind behind it all.
